Here at the Law Offices of Rosetta E. Broomfield, we understand this process from personal and professional experience. We realize it can be difficult to select or be selected to administer the desires of the deceased.
Let us assist you with the process of collecting a decedent's assets, notifying creditors, paying liabilities, and distributing the remaining assets to heirs.
We will assist in probating wills, and administering estates of people who have passed without a will. This may include the administration of trusts when there is a contest or inadequate information to substantiate decedent's wishes.
The probate process is a lengthy process you do not want to administer alone.
