Founder and Principal Attorney
Rosetta is a Real Estate Attorney and Broker. As the founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Rosetta E. Broomfield, APC, she specializes in Real Estate Law, Title Transfer, Wills and Trusts Administration, Probate and Landlord and Tenant Law.
She is also the Owner and Broker of The Berakah Corporation, a full-service Real Estate Brokerage firm.
In June 2024 Rosetta reached an impressive milestone. As a member of the American Bar Association, she was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar in Washington, D.C., providing her access to exclusive opportunities as an attorney to the highest court in the country.
Currently Rosetta serves as the 2024-2025 Executive Committee Vice Chair of Programming for the Real Property Section Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), one of the largest bar associations in the United States.
She is the past 2023-2024 Executive Committee Secretary, and the 2021-2023 inaugural Co-Chair of the Residential Subsection.
Rosetta shares her niche title transfer experience in 2023 and 2024 Continued Education of the Bar (CEB) presentations: “Journey in the Law”, “Changing Title for Your Clients”, and “Conducting A Residential Title Search”
As a 2011-present member of the National, California and Pacific West Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. She has the legal and residential real estate acumen to resolve complex realtor disputes.
Rosetta’s combined legal and real estate experience sets her apart from most attorneys in the real estate community. She knows the law, is familiar with the California Association of Realtors forms as applied to both matters.
